Since I have a BC-PNP nomination, we are allowed to buy a home without paying 100% of the additional property transfer tax. However, we had several important points to clarify before buying a home as a foreign buyer with a BC-PNP nomination. So, Josh referred us to a lawyer who can provide us with the proper legal advice to substantially avoid the additional property transfer tax, which is very exciting. When we were ready to put an offer, he did not make any delay. We negotiated and had an offer accepted on the same day, likely saving us from a bidding war as another offer landed the next day for the same unit. Josh is very knowledgeable about the Vancouver real estate market. From his knowledge and experience, he provided us with proper guidance to find the best place according to our requirements. He did not put any pressure at all. When we were stuck with any issues, he kindly provided his suggestions to sort out those issues. He is a very calm and friendly person and very easy to work with. So, we really enjoyed this journey with Josh, and I would say he is one of the best realtors in Vancouver. We would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. He will make it a wonderful experience for sure.
