As a first time homebuyer, I had lot of questions that he happily answered, and he made navigating a very confusing market at the height of COVID seem like a breeze. I didn't realize how picky I was when we first started out, we probably saw close to 50 properties together, and not once did I ever feel pressured or that I was wasting his time. He provided a lot of insight that helped me determine what my non-negotiables were and gave so much great advice along the way. We finally found our family's dream home and he was able to use his incredible negotiation skills to get the price down (which was completely unexpected given the neighborhood and tier of property!).
