I can’t say enough good things about Kate! When we were ready to sell our house she got on it immediately and set up all the necessary walk throughs and photos right away so we could get it listed as quick as possible. She was also very diligent in doing research of recently sold/listed houses in our area to help get an accurate assessment of what we could list our house for. She was super communicative and always quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing to sell their house, she’s truly amazing!
