Ketan and I met in 2021 when I had started thinking about buying a house. Back then Ketan took me through all the pros and cons of the then Covid market and the subsequent pros and cons of owning a house during Covid. While everyone was rushing to buy houses, Ketan asked me to be patient and wait. Not only did the waiting out phase help me prepare mentally to own a house but financially as well. I am glad I held onto my dream for a bit longer which resulted in securing a house $50,000 under asking as compared to similar houses in the market. To add to the charm, I was able to celebrate my happiness in the presence of my family who otherwise would not have been here during Covid times. All is well that ends well.
