We have known Kirk and Wilma for many years and through trusting them so much, asked them to take on the mammoth task of selling my parents' home- a home they had been in forever and was jam packed. Wilma and family team took on this task. They held a garage sale, packed and organized, sold items not needed and delivered the rest to charity or the dump. Kirk did a very in-depth appraisal of the home. After all of this help, they sold the home for absolute top dollar extremely quickly. They eliminated the stress for my Mom and and made every step easy. They made sure the house was maintained well when my Mom moved out and the house was vacant. They organized storage for my things and had their excellent contractor guys move it for me. Wilma even attended the lawyers meeting to give us peace of mind. I honestly don't know what we would have done if Wilma, Kirk and Holly hadn't held our hand and taken charge. Due to them moving so quickly, we sold before the market went down. My Mom and I thank Jesus for taking care of us and giving us the Kirk/Wilma team!
