Kirk was truly exceptional.I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. Inspite of his busy schedule ,he could make time for our house viewings. He detailed every minute thing in the home tour like the quality of the floor, type of furnaces, wardrobe doors, possible renovations etc.The delivery of the information was straightforward: talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He arranged for the virtual tour when required and also arranged for the inspection of the house . He knows the kind of houses we are looking for and gives us a summary of the house prior to the house viewing .though we had many demands on how a house should be, he always enlightened us on the reality.He has lots of patience and is always calm and composed.Kirk played a major role for us to get a house of our choice .
