Kul had a fantastic idea for how to allow bids to come in over a fixed time period and then review them all at once. This was useful for us and I also think worked well for people to put bids in given it was during the holidays and pandemic. Kul took 3D video which worked well to show people during a pandemic if they couldn't see it. She communicated well with the tenants that we had in the properties at that time to arrange viewings.
