When looking for a new house in the Kingston area Linda was referred to me by my uncle, who had a great experience with her. While the house we picked wasn't the one Linda set a showing up for, she was incredibly helpful in working with the agent whose open house we went to. She got us an offer in the same day and within hours we were informed we had the house! She had all of her contacts ready to get us an inspection, sort out the mortgage payment, and everything else we needed to close on the house. She also got us a thoughtful, locally-made housewarming gift. She has such a pleasant demeanor and is clearly very knowledgeable and loves what she does.
