I did sell my property in Orleans with Lucie and Purchased my current property also in Orleans. She new exactly what I needed and made recommendation about the area, the home I was considering buying, those that I should stay away from etc. To this day, I can still call Lucie and inquire about the market, about other house related issues/concerns and she is always getting back to me with the greatest advices even though they are not always related to home buying or selling.
