It was a pleasure working Marc to find our first home. He proved very knowledgeable in telling us about the homes we viewed, such as how the piping material in some of the homes could impact the cost or acquisition of insurance, and potential claims in the future. He was very detail orientated, and made sure to point out any potential issues we may have with the homes. He was very responsive to questions we had, and promptly scheduled appointments for us. He did not try and push us towards any purchase, and we always felt that he just wanted to help find the right home for us. When we did find the home we loved, Marc was very diligent about the paperwork, and made sure our interests were covered in the offer.
