Working with Mark to find my house was great. He always made himself available when I wanted to look at houses. I’d give him a list of 10 or more and he would get back to me in a short time and tell me details about each one. He was very honest about problems or concerns he had with the property. Whether it came to permits, construction of the building or the neighbourhood it was located in. He’s very knowledgeable on the entire Edmonton area. He was also very knowledgeable and honest when we would look at a house. If there was a construction issue or something he saw that could present future issues for me he would tell me right away. He definitely always had my best interests on his mind and made sure that I was making the right choice. Also I was very undecided on what I really wanted. I went back and forth on price and type of property. Never did he show that it bothered him or that it was wasting his time because we definitely put some miles on his car because of my own indecisiveness. I’d recommend Mark to anyone looking for an honest realtor that will make sure you make the best purchase possible. Also for someone like myself who’s not educated on construction and what to look for, Mark helped me a lot. It made me feel confident that I was making the right choice.
