We found our first realtor to be pushy and did not show us homes with features we wanted, so we used Nate as our second realtor. We purchased our first home at the very beginning of the COVID pandemic so were unable to travel from out of province to do viewings in person. Nate was very accommodating and met with our friends to view houses and did a very thorough video walk through with us. We almost walked away from our house for a $10,000 counter offer and Nate was very rational and straight forward on the phone and convinced us to close which we did, and we are so happy we listened to him! Would definitely recommend him.
