I have known Nikita for 4 years now, right from a search for my rental apartment, to search for buying a condo to renting out that condo Nikita has been hands on! I live abroad and unable to take care of many of my property responsibilities sitting away from Canada but can always count on Nikita to take care of property related requirements on my behalf.
