Rafi was amazing. He combined his wealth of knowledge with exceptional service and care. He was so patient, and took the time to reassure and encourage us during the entire process. He had so many insights, and really made what could have been a stressful and worrisome time go smoothly. I am glad to say we got the home- and it was all thanks to Rafi!!
