Samantha has helped me with my apartment search on two separate occasions now, and both times have been wonderful experiences. Most recently, she helped my partner and I find and secure the perfect rental unit for us. From the beginning, she made sure she understood our exact needs and wants, and clearly communicated and educated us on any important/required information for the process. She was easily available to answer or address any questions or concerns we had, and was willing to be flexible for any sudden changes in scheduling. Working with Samantha allowed us to remain organized and (even at some of our most stressful moments) at ease. When we finally found THE apartment we wanted to apply for, she worked quickly and also put in 100% effort to advocate for us as the right tenants to the landlord. My partner and I are hoping to stay at our place for as long as we can, but if we ever have to go back to searching, we wouldn’t hesitate to work with Samantha again.
