I met Sarah in 2022 as a renter in a house she was selling. It was during the difficult times of houses being sold at record high numbers and no rentals available. Sarah treated my family with the utmost respect and professionalism from the moment she met us. She even tried to help us find a new home to rent! (Above and Beyond!!) Even after the deal closed and we moved, she still checked in on us to see if we were ok. Fast forward about a year, and now I'm in a position to buy my first place. I didn't even hesitate with who I wanted to help me on the next part of my journey. Sarah was amazing, she sent me multiple listings and we looked at quite a few places. She was so knowledgeable about different complexes, stratas, expectations and gave me so many pointers on things I would not even have thought about! Even helping me to stay away from places that she didn't feel would be a good long term option for me due to the issues on the properties! I never felt pressured to make a decision or an offer on anything I didn't like. When we finally found the place I bought she helped me along every step of the way, which I was so grateful for!
