Sarah was excellent to work with. We initially had another realtor and were paired with Sarah due to conflicts of interest. It was definitely the best thing that could have happened for us. She was very knowledgeable, professional, warm, friendly, and made you feel like you'd known her for years. The deal for our first home was a complicated one to say the least, and Sarah stayed on top of everything she needed to the whole time, going the extra mile to do research into home warranties and GST for us, setting us up with a home inspector (who was also great), and relaying all of our questions/concerns with the selling agent/homeowner in a super timely manner. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy or sell.
