Shelly was at all time the most helpful and supportive person. She never showed impatience with my hesitancies and offered helpful advice regarding issues of housing when less than perfect. I always found her opinion useful and was glad to have her at my side through what became a long and exhausting process - from January when we sold our house, to September, when we found one to buy.
