I absolutely recommend Tracy Johnson!! Five stars across the board! She goes above and beyond for her clients and treats you like you are her most important client-even when you know she is juggling multiple clients. I have previously used Tracy to sell my house and she helped me through my first time purchasing and building a brand new townhouse. With all new builds, there are always issues that pop up. But Tracy was always there to help me through with the process and was my advocate when I wasn’t sure what to do. I can’t thank her enough! Then when recently, I decided to take a job offer out of town and decided to sell my townhouse. I didn’t hesitate to contact Tracy again. Even with the COVID restrictions in place, Tracy was absolutely amazing. When I was unable to be present at my townhouse, Tracy would go out of her way to ensure my townhouse was immaculate and ready pre and post viewings. She is amazing at staging and will help you in any way she can. Most importantly, she never ever put me under pressure and always guided me to make the right decisions. Tracy is very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying/building/purchasing process and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
