Travis was excellent throughout the negotiation process. He had a knack for keeping everybody calm and getting great value for us in this crazy market. I believe this is because he really knows what he is doing. If you are looking for a down to earth, genuine, straight shooter that does meticulous paperwork and and makes himself available. I would recommend giving Travis Nelson a call! But be a little bit careful. My wife now wants me to get cologne so I smell as cool as Travis... that is the only small issue with Travis.
