I cannot praise enough Louis-Philippe for his integrity, expertise, dedication, openness, and transparency. The sale of our late Dad's house was an unusually challenging one by its nature. The big house on the river was of unique design and concrete construction, requiring significant work and funds to complete. Three co-executors not always seeing eye-to-eye were involved and had interviewed many real-estate agents before meeting Louis-Philippe late in the process. The elusive consensus among the co-executors to hire an agent was quickly reached after meeting Louis-Philippe and listening a few days later to his well prepared analysis.
