Rick has been our trusted neighbour in Langley for many years, so we hired him to sell our condo in Richmond. During his initial presentation, Rick had shared some quick tips on positioning the condo in the best light possible. With little time or money to invest, the condo was in serious need of renovation after being in the family for 30+ years.
