My husband and I were looking to buy a move in ready home in Winnipeg while currently still residing out of province. We were referred to Andy by a close friend, and we found him to be knowledgeable about homes in different areas of Winnipeg, approachable, and professional. He was always reachable and willing to answer questions, and honest with his opinion about various properties. We probably saw at least 15-20 houses before we found the right one, and his patience and interest never wore out. Showings were a mix of properties we had selected from his search engine, and his own suggestions, and he clearly cares about learning what his clients are looking for in a home. After doing some research online I came across Andy and chose him to help me find my first home. Never thought buying a home would be so stressful on a young lad.
