Dan was nice until we handed him a deposit on a condo that he was selling, once he got that cheque he couldn't be bothered with us. We had asked for a quote to change the carpet in the bedroom to hardwood to match the rest of the condo (they were replacing the hardwood in the condo) and we are still waiting! Then he had the nerve to question our broker as to whether we actually had the money for the down payment. I would definitely NOT recommend him as an agent. - greg fundytus
