Jacques can sell, there's no doubt about it. He's got a powerful team behind him, but he did not respect my verbal agreement to hold off a few days before posting my house to allow me to re-think the selling price. He blamed it on his secretary, but given how he negotiated to "his" advantage with the buyers, I doubt his secretary had anything to do with the error. So he published a price so low that I had no negotiating power at all. The morning after meeting him for the first time, the picture of my house was already published with a price 10K under what I wanted to post. I ended up forcing him to cut down his commission to get my lowest target price. He was such in a hurry to sell and move on that he accepted. That's why I would never recommend him. - Patrick
