please beware of this agent...she is friendly and will tell you all the right things, ultimately all she cares about is getting a good review. She was extremely unprofessional, I had ALL the work myself while she walked off with a nice commission ...she never shows up on time for anything and will do the bare minimum for you unless you push very hard for her to do more (which as a client you shouldn't have to do). If you don't mind doing your own work to get your place sold or to buy then go for it and hire her but if you want your agent to do what she is hired to do and to earn the commission check then please in all seriousness stay far away from this agent and don't believe the glowing reviews because the only time she probably is getting all of those glowing reviews is when it is a one two three easy deal , if any work is involved she will be totally USELESS for you.....BEWARE I would hate for anyone to have to suffer the way I did in dealing with her!!!!
