Lana was wonderful from start to finish. She was patient and showed us dozens of houses over 2.5 years (!) while we looked for our perfect place. Once we found it, she advised us impartially on the price, and thanks to her negotiating tips, we saved 5% on the purchase price. Not only that, but after the offer was accepted, she helped us with all the other pieces that needed to get done before closing, like testing the water, the house inspection, making sure all permits were in place, and so many other things that I didn't even know we needed to do! Lana did not have our best interest in mind and lied to us on a constant basis. She was definetly working only for her seller, but in the end she guided them wrong too and they lost their sale. Will go out of my way to tell people not to use her as an agent so theydo not end up with the huge headache I have.

Lana Kirchgessner is a very inept real estate agent. I wish I would have seen this site before choosing her to represent us. As above, save yourself the headache and heartache, DO NOT use Lana as your agent!
