Lindsay and her team at Royal LePage Triland Community offered top-drawer service for our specific needs in buying a home. Lindsay's response time to our questions was amazing throughout the entire process, and with her help, we were able to find our dream home and land in only 4 days from when we started our search! We bought our house in London and moved from the GTA! Lindsay & Michael were amazing! They worked around our schedule of having to drive 2 hours to view houses. They listened to what we wanted, and had great houses lined up for us so we weren't wasting our trips to view houses. We also ran in to a problem with a lead pipe in the house we chose, and they went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed by the seller! I am a mortgage agent and I work with several different realtors. When it came time for me to buy my own place you would think I would be facing a difficult decision. It was the exact opposite. Having had the opportunity to see Lindsay and Mike work with many different buyers and sellers I knew that without hesitation they were the realtors for me. We found my dream home, won it in a multiple offer situation (with the second highest offer because of the intangibles Lindsay and Mike brought to the table)and they even offered to help me move. As harsh as this might sound, if you work with Lindsay and Mike and find yourself dissatisfied in any way you probably need to take a long hard look in the mirror and ask whether your expectations even approach what one might consider reasonable.
