Myriam proved to be one of the least trustworthy real estate agents I have ever encounter. She is unprofessional in her conduct and appears to be desperate for business I can see why!
Myriam appeared to be like most real estate agents when buying a house, grossly incompetent and lazy. She seemed to be lost and didn't have the slightest clue what she was talking about. We were very dissatisfied.
We didn't find Myriam very good at negotiating or pricing homes. We tried working with her but eventually had to use someone else. She was also very unprofessional. I'm not looking for a friend I'm looking for someone who is professional.
