Nadia was amazing! She had a plan to sell the house for my wife and I after our first meeting. We followed the directions she gave us for decluttering, then she brought in a cleaning crew to go over the house top to bottom. The final product was that she delivered over and above what she had promised. The house sold for $135000 over asking. Nadia is totally invested in every deal she’s involved. We first used Nadia to buy a property that she had listed. It was a holiday weekend and we were desperate to find a place for handicapped sister to move to. My sister’s agent said he didn’t have time to show us the property because it was his weekend off. I was only in town for the weekend, and my sister’s agent knew that but put us off until the following week. So I called Nadia and she put aside any plans she had at the time and immediately met us at the property. We put an offer in that day and closed the deal soon after. When it came time to sell the condo it was only natural to call Nadia, who took over completely. She staged the place and successfully managed the strategy of the sale.
