He tried to talk us out of buying the house we wanted because he didn't like the agent selling it. He has two houses for over six months and with three others of at least a few months, none of which are selling. He forgets that he is the one working for the sellers and is one of those agents that does not but sit and wait for good agent to find the house and sell it. He did sell our house but that was only because he got lucky and not because of any effort on his part.
