Very nice to talk to on the phone. Made arrangements to come and list our farm and never showed up. Never phoned, didn't email. He knows our property and said "it is a highly salable property". It was as if we never contacted him in the first place! The attitude is baffling! I'm listing with someone interested in selling. If I have to chase an agent just to get a listing, then he isn't likely to follow through with finding buyers
