Kathy was very into meeting our needs when she was trying to get our business. As soon as she had us locked down we were put on the back burner. I had to push her to do anything to sell our house. I would not recommend her if you are trying to sell your house. She is also much more responsive to men then women, so women if you want to feel acknowledge do not go with her.
