My oh my, i couldn't agree more with the first rating. I bought a home from this agent, that she also owned. She promised me $2500. to cover deficiences when the sale closed. Then, at close, she announced that she would not be giving me the $2500. because she had two other offers lined up - like it or lump it, so to speak. Illegal? No. Mean and nasty - yes! I do love my home, but I soon discovered that every repair or "home improvement" was done very badly or in half measures. She couldn't even get me the proper keys to the house! When pressed for them, she told me - too bad you'll have to get the whole place re-keyed. Charming. The experience left me very soured on real estate agents.
