When we decided to sell our house and buy a new one; we weren????t sure of anything. Garland came and sat with us, and with our two kids too. As a family, we discussed our dream home, Garland was respectful, knowledgably and realistic. He explained the market and what to expect, he also gave us a pamphlet with questions that helped us to understand the process in buying and selling a house. We wish we meet Garland when we bought our first house.
