This is absolutely the worst real estate agent out there. We didn't realize how many people have had terrible experiences with this agent until after the fact. We were selling our starter home and she "forgot" to place the listing on MLS for two months! Also, she held on to the purchase and sales agreement for a week before she had us sign it. Meanwhile, we are looking for another home to move into and she wouldn't get back to us for weeks at a time when we wanted to view properties. I found out from a friend that their short sale took 11 months because Angela was the listing agent and did not file all the paperwork with the bank. There are a million agents out there. I would NEVER recommend using this agent to anyone. Save yourself the aggravation and let someone make this an enjoyable experience.
