Melanie was actually our sellers agent. She was HORRIBLE! She didn't show up to closing, she didn't let her seller know when he had to move out, and she was not there when we were exchanging keys and her seller was drunk and hadn't moved anything out of the house. She basically said it was no longer her problem. She is the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with.
