We informed Mr. Brian Clancy and his organization, Mel Patio Realtors how unhappy we were with Mr. Brian Clancy's work. We requested that we be released from our contract. They did not do the right thing and release us, so we fired Mr. Brian Clancy. We were able to salvage and renegotiate the sale of our own home to an interested buyer that Mr. Brian Clancy lost in his shuffle. At closing, Mr. Brian Clancy had his hand out for his blood money commission even though he was fired. We did not realize how money hungry Mr. Brian Clancy was until we were informed that at our initial open house, Mr. Brian Clancy should have invited other realtors to assist him in the sale of our home. Beware and by word of mouth warn others of Mr. Brian Clancy and his organization, Mel Patio Realtors' unethical practices!!! We will until they do right by us!!!
