We had a very bad experience with this realtor as a listing agent. She took several actions that directly helped the buyer at the expense of us, her clients, all in the name of ??orking for the sale,??i.e. her commission. For instance, without our knowledge, she informed a potential buyer, who had looked at the house but not yet made an offer, that we were thinking about lowering the price. Se also flat-out lied to us about the distribution of the commission. Use this realtor only if you are desperate to sell the house and do not care about the price.
