Very unprofessional, bad mouthing other client (my sister) in front of us. Extremely lazy. Doesn't listen to your needs. She Tried to sell us a friend's house (over and over again) 40 minutes away from our preferred area. Makes false promises about mortgage loans. Kept complaining that she's tired. Wore the same dirty smelly clothes every time we met. Not savvy about the real estate market in general. Whenever we would ask precise questions she would get annoyed and would raise her voice. We were so discouraged trying to work around her numerous flaws and incompetence that we finally gave up and asked her to scrap our contract with her. I would not recommend this "person" to my worst enemy.
