We were making a very important decision as we were purchasing our retirement home. We had multiple options and Patrisha was very patient as we grappled with this part of our life. We were looking at a new build but Patricia kept recommending an existing home in the same development. As things turned out we followed her recommendations and we could not be happier, it was an excellent experience.
