Found Andy through reviews online, and found him to be an excellent real estate agent. I don't actually live in Winnipeg, but live up north, and was looking at purchasing an investment property in Winnipeg. Whenever I wanted to look at properties Andy would take me around town and give me his advice and thoughts on investment units we were looking at. He was always punctual, helpful and quite thorough and I found access to his online system very helpful. Very nice guy overall and I would definitely recommend him to friends.
