I'm writing a review for Dianne even though we actually did not follow through with the process to get a rental (no fault of hers). We were looking for a family home in Newmarket but our plans changed after one month and we decided to stay at our current place. I chose to write a review for Dianne regardless as her professionalism and service was off the charts. She was so helpful and patient throughout. She totally understand why we were not able to move again but we will definitely use her next year when we are ready.
