This agency is bacically a hobby business for some very rich housewives. If you are buying, they are not bad as they do know the MD area and are fun to look at houses with, and they did find me a house i liked even though it ended up falling through, but they do not respond well and do not know how to market a house. I ended up going with a different agent when i sold my house later because my house was not selling as they did not market it.
