This could not have been a better overall experience on the sale of my home. Peter is a true professional; very approachable, courteous, understanding of a seller's needs/wants, and knowledgeable about the business/area/trends. He responded to questions and concerns promptly, efficiently, and made suggestions in-line with our overall plan. From our initial meeting I knew that I was in great hands with Peter; I knew I could trust him with my home and have nothing bad to say about the guy. At least that's what he paid me to say ;) I appreciated the honesty, opinions, humour, responsiveness (quick electronic communications especially - for all I knew he could have been out of town at a U2 concert or something!), and the handling/completion time of the sale in what was definitely "a buyer's market." I had a calendar goal in mind and we came in under that timeframe! I'm definitely recommending Peter Fourlas and will call on him again in the future. Class act. I can see why he's a top performer.
