Mr. Nicolas was partnered with a long time family friend of ours for a couple years. Eventhough he couldn’t stand Matthew he stook around all that time because they were working on a larger project during this time and the potential reward was worth it.

- Matthew would constantly talk about his clients behind their backs, and said he would have left the industry several times, if it wasn’t for the good money.
- Eventhough he’s married, he would hire younger attractive assistants and also party and hangout with them.
- he always had to have his way - very controlling
- never has any money and makes his team pay for everything and would often screw other agents out of commissions
- made everyone else do the work while he claimed he was growing the business
- has a horrible reputation with fellow realtors and some customers that claimed he screws them (mainly home builders Matthew used to represent)
