Annette O'Neil was fantastic when it came to selling our home in Lasalle. I did a lot of research before selecting a real estate agent to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make in selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily money) and how they promote their listings. Annette O'Neil stood out as the best: her rankings are excellent (meaning that people can easily find listings on her site), her social media presence is strong, and I could tell she put a lot of effort into their listings. We spoke with Annette O'Neil and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data on how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of information on comps in the area. We were initially concerned about the time it would take to sell our house, but Annette was very confident and stated several times that my house would sell for a very good price. Annette made the process incredibly simple and took extra steps, such as having a home inspection done on our property ,professional come and do the staging, having professional photographs taken, and much more.
