Initial communication was through email and telephone calls with Andrew. Andrew was excellent in answering questions about the Victoria Realestate market, suitable neighbourhoods near University of Victoria. Andrew set up a home search that met our criteria. He would periodically contact me to see how the home search was going. When we had an opportunity to come to Victoria to view some properties, Andrew set up a number of home showings for one day that was very efficient, yet not rushed. Andrew was very personable, professional and unbiased. He also set up a repeat showing in a very speedy, timely fashion. When my husband and I decided to make an offer Andrew gave us excellent advice on the amount. With digital contracts it was very easy and efficiently done. After the offer was accepted, Andrew was always available to answer questions that arose during the process. We feel very fortunate and our extremely happy with our recent residential purchase.
