We were referred to Andy by a close friend, and we found him to be knowledgeable about homes in different areas of Winnipeg, approachable, and professional. He was always reachable and willing to answer questions, and honest with his opinion about various properties. We probably saw at least 15-20 houses before we found the right one, and his patience and interest never wore out. Showings were a mix of properties we had selected from his search engine, and his own suggestions, and he clearly cares about learning what his clients are looking for in a home. Overall a very good experience; his reputation is well-deserved!
