What I most appreciated about Harry was how communicative he was. Whether he thought a place was good for us (and giving us reasons why), to looking into houses and getting back to us, and (certainly not least) how timely he responded to us. We finally saw a house that we ended up buying, and all because he was willing to take us the day it was put up, and responded (while on transit to his vacation) to coordinate the sale of it.
